Anti-Microbial
Coatings
Adding
our anti-microbial solution to your liquid and/or powder coatings
will inhibit the growth of bacteria, mold, and mildew, ultimately
enhancing performance of your product(s). Laboratory,
food processing, general appliances, hospitals and HVAC systems
can all benefit from the application of anti-microbial coatings.
Broad spectrum AgION anti-microbials are effective
against a range of bacteria, as well as, mold and fungus. AgION
anti-microbial technology is registered
with the EPA and is proven safe for use in food- processing
facilities, and is approved by the EPA and FDA for food-contact
surfaces. AgION’s
silver-based anti-microbial is included on the USDA list of non-food
compounds for food-processing plants, as maintained by NSF. AgION
products have NSF 51 certification for food-processing and food
service equipment, also incorporation of products in carbon-block
water filter systems has been deemed approvable under NSF Standard
42.

We are licensed applicators of DuPont TEFLON®,
Whitford XYLAN™, and Acheson EMRALON. These coatings provide
the highest performance specifications for non-stick, chemical
and corrosion resistance, lubricity, and low-friction applications
