Thermoguard Coating Warranties
The Thermoguard Warranty Conditions are applicable to general Thermoguard jobs, subject to condition limitations and exclusions mentioned in our 'warranty conditions'.
Thermoguard Warranty Certificates may describe specific terms that supersede the general terms of warranty.
Specific Thermoguard Warranty is only valid if a Warranty Certificate has been issued duly signed by an authorized Thermoguard applicator.
Standard Warranty
• defects notification within two weeks after discovery
• Thermoguard Warranty sticker is present on the unit
• cleaning by pH-neutral detergents only, by maintenance protocol
Long Term Warranty
• specific maintenance requirements
Long Term Warranty, including replacements
• at specific locations only
